Research publication in medical journals is the final product of scientific activity. Belize Journal of Medicine (BJM) aims to be a dissemination platform for original works, bibliographic review of emerging topics and interesting clinical cases. Being part of databases such as Latindex and Peridica commits us to a permanent evaluation process, adhered to international standards for the dissemination of scientific knowledge, a more demanding selection in the quality of the articles to be published, meticulous, neutral editorial work, and independent and a constant improvement in the quality of the design.
