Abstract

Peripheral T-cell lymphomas usually affect people over the age of 60 and are diagnosed slightly more frequently in men than women. However, peripheral T-cell lymphomas are also diagnosed in young adults and children. We present the case of a 13-year-old boy who presents with symptoms and middle lobe syndrome caused by perihilar lymph nodes secondary to peripheral T-cell lymphoma.
