Atrial fibrillation associated with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome is a potentially lethal arrhythmia. We present the case of a 44-year-old patient who was admitted to our hospital with atrial fibrillation with pre-excitation, hemodynamically unstable, for which she required electrical cardioversion. An electrophysiological study was performed where the presence of a right posteroseptal accessory pathway was confirmed, and radiofrequency ablation was performed as definitive treatment.
